Triathlon House_Two Families One Pool

This speculative project combines vertical and horizontal precast-concrete modules that serve simultaneously as structure, enclosure and interior finish. By integrating these functions within a single prefabricated system, the proposal reduces construction time as well as production, transport and assembly costs.

Alongside its construction logic, the project explores co-housing as a financial model through which amenities that might otherwise be unaffordable become accessible through shared ownership and use. The scheme comprises two adjoining houses, each with a living and dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Between them, the households share an indoor swimming pool, and its associated costs, creating a co-housing model specifically conceived for two families of triathletes.
